Tungsten-cobalt-vanadium super high-speed steel, often produced by powder metallurgy (PM): among the most wear-resistant HSS grades of all. W ~12 %, Co ~5 % and V ~5 % make it one of the most valuable high-speed scrap grades. Markets: premium tooling, broaches, inserts.

Indicative values according to AISI/EN. Tungsten, cobalt and vanadium all affect the valuation: T15 must be kept separate from standard HSS grades during sorting.
