Smo254 belongs to the family of austenitic stainless steels.
It provides good resistance to tensile stress, along with high ductility and excellent resistance to corrosion in sea water and suitable for a wide range of industrial environments.
Smo254 is available on the market under the trade names 1.4547, UNS S31254, 6MO and F44.
